Bui Thuy Quynh is of counsel in our Intellectual Property Practice. Quynh advises on copyright, design and trademark protection and policy. She liaises with foreign counsels on client’s intellectual property requirements in Vietnam and South East Asia countries. In addition, she reviews trademark applications prior to filing in order to determine and avoid possible problems and rejections. She also advises clients about IP transactions such as  licensing, transfer and the maintenance of registration, use requirements and deadlines. In addition to her legal work, she serves as a lecture and involves in academic activities at the Vietnamese school.
