Nguyen Giang Tu’s practice focus on IP prosecution and enforcement. Before joining DKAL team, he worked as in house paralegal for a computer corporation with the main task specialized in market control and supervisor, settlement of civil aspect of trademark infringement. At DKAL, he continues to handle the same types of his work focusing on IP prosecution and enforcement. Tu also is responsible for preparing and filing complaints, market surveillance report, cease and desist letter as well as documents with respect to the settlement of trademark infringement and unfair competition cases.
